Bond 415 Liquid Soldering Flux is a high-performance neutral flux with a pH of 6-8, designed for soldering printed circuit boards including PTH, multilayer, and single-sided boards. It ensures excellent flux action, producing glossy and bright solder joints without attacking soldering or cleaning equipment.

With a solid content of 3.5%, a transparent light yellow color, and a specific gravity of 800 ± 0.005 at 20ºC, Bond 415 is ideal for electronics assembly in mobile chargers, LED drivers, TVs, and automotive parts featuring chips and discrete components.
