At Industrial Bazar, we strive to deliver high-quality soldering products with full customer satisfaction. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Return request must be initiated within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.

  • The product must not be part of any non-returnable category listed below.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been opened, damaged, or used.

  • Items without original packaging, invoice, or proof of purchase.

  • Customized or made-to-order items.

  • Bulk orders (10 units or more) unless the items are damaged during transit or incorrectly delivered.

  • Perishable items or personal care-related items (if applicable).

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info.kmk2021@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

  3. If approved, you will be provided with return instructions.

  4. You must ship the product back to the provided return address using a trackable courier service.

  5. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email with clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund at no extra cost to you.

  • Products reported after 48 hours will not be eligible for free replacement or refund.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • For bulk orders, refunds may take longer and will be processed only after verifying the entire shipment.

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t already been dispatched.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
